Terms and conditions

Cancellation

You can cancel your booking for free as long as it is 15 working days ahead of the course. Cancellation with less than 15 working days will be charged with the price of the course. Exceptions when illness is confirmed with a medical certificate. Remember that you can let your colleague take your seat. 

Prices

For scheduled courses, coffee and course material are always included. For a full day course we’ll provide with lunch. Conditions of payment: 30 days. All prices excluding VAT. 

Course hours

Ordinary hours for our courses: 8.30-17.00. Detailed time slots are stated in the booking confirmation. More information, such as, starting time and addresses, is usually sent to you two weeks prior the course takes place. 

Confirmation

When you have applied for a course/event you will receive a confirmation through e-mail. 

Payment

A bill will be mailed to you as the course/event starts. Condition of payment: 30 days, net 

Satisfied-customer guarantee

It is of importance for us that you are satisfied. If an event would not meet your expectations, please contact us for discussion of compensation. 

Terms

If the conditions would change, we stipulate the rights to adjust the events’ price, duration and starting date or to cancel the event.
