Björn is an agile leader that helps people and organizations to understand agile values and principles to build better products and companies. Björn’s main task at Edument is agile HR and Education but he is also a trainer. He is certified scrum master and trains developers and managers in scrum and agile methods. Since 2016 he is also a Management 3.0 facilitator.
Through the years Björn has worked as a teacher (math & science), developer (C/C++, Java, .Net, Oracle), project manager, scrum master, consultant manager, site manager and agile leader. He thinks that titles are less important, it's what you do that makes the difference.
Björn can often be seen with a camera in his hand and he likes to tell stories with his photos.
