Edument’s Jonathan Worthington will be speaking at We Actually Build Stuff, a conference where people who build interesting or complex software get to share their experiences with others. A well known speaker both in the Perl community and at Edument’s Community Days, Jonathan will be talking about his work on the Rakudo Perl 6 compiler.
He’ll focus on how building such software in an open source setting works out, as well as how understanding the way compilers operate has influenced his work in other domains.

There will be a whole host of other great speakers there too. Check out the schedule, and if it looks interesting, why not grab yourself a ticket? Remember to catch Jonathan over a beer on the evening too!
